Terms
Terms of use
Effective 3 September 2026. Last updated 3 September 2026.
These terms govern use of dosogne.com, operated by 16953000 Canada Inc., doing business as Dosogne. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Dosogne is a Canadian industrial manufacturer of thermal and fluid systems and fabricated steel assemblies. Transformer cooling hardware is one of the applications we support. We do not manufacture complete transformers.
2. The site is information, not an offer
Content on this site describes products and a process in general terms. It is not a catalogue, a warranty, a certified capacity statement, or a binding offer. A quotation exists only when Dosogne issues it in writing. A contract exists only when both parties accept it in writing.
3. RFQs and drawings
When you submit the form or email info@dosogne.com, you ask us to consider a commercial inquiry. You confirm that you have the right to send the drawings and specifications you share, and that they do not violate another party’s confidentiality obligations — or that you are authorized to share them with a prospective supplier.
We will treat OEM drawings as confidential business information of the sender and will not publish them or use them as marketing. We may retain them as needed to quote and, if work proceeds, to perform the work.
4. No reliance on unpublished facts
Do not rely on this site for certifications, production capacity, lead times, or customer identities that are not stated here. If a requirement matters to an order, put it in the RFQ.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s text, diagrams, and marks belong to 16953000 Canada Inc. or their licensors. You may not copy the site for a competing commercial use. Drawings you send remain your (or your principal’s) property; we receive a limited right to use them to quote and to manufacture if we are awarded the work.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the form, attempt to break the site, scrape it aggressively, or send malware. We may ignore or delete abusive submissions.
7. Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by Québec law, 16953000 Canada Inc. is not liable for damages arising from use of the site, including lost business from relying on general web copy instead of a written quotation. Consumer-protection rules that cannot be waived still apply where they apply; this site is aimed at businesses.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Courts of Québec, district of Longueuil (or as otherwise required by law), have jurisdiction, without limiting any rights you have that cannot be waived.
